The house is situated in a friendly town, near to the center. The parking is free in the whole town. This detached house is in a quiet street, where the parking is free either in front of the house. It’s fully good for relaxation and recreation. Near to the house is the lake of the town, what’s suitable for bathing and walking, because it’s orderly, built with a plages, filled with peomenades, and it’s really liked by people. There is shopping possibility at 200m from the house.

The accomodation is a completely new detached house, which is familiar and homely. It is maximally equipped with everything that guests may need for the feeling of home comfort.

Our Apartment

The apartment is a completely new detached house, which is familiar and homely. It is maximally equipped with everything that guests may need for the feeling of home comfort.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them is with a double bed, the other one is with four single-bed, a bathroom, a big living room and a kitchen dining room, a covered and an opened terrace, a garden grill, a stew, and a grassy courtyard to keep the kids playing peacefully.

The basic toiletries, the towels and the bedsheets are provided too. Hairdryer, hair straightener, in-room safe, wardrobes with hangers and shelves, TV, free WiFi using, music equipment and a laptop are at guest’s disposal. Central heating and air conditioning.

Both outdoor (grill, stew) and indoor cooking/baking is possible, with fully equipment. As for the conversation is a possibility (pavilion) both outdoor and indoor – with benches, tables.

Extra bed and child bed can be provided on request, and in the services menu are listed the additional services and can be requested at the time of booking.

There is a well-organized courtyard, and free parking in front of the house.
